We literally started from the ground up. Using only real evidence, we looked at the ground forces along with the 3D movements of the body and club (from hundreds of professionals and amateurs). We then compared the data between golfers who have lots of speed and golfers who want more speed.
The evidence is clear on what's needed to create more speed.
