A lack of speed or losing speed is the most common problem we're told about every day. It's a problem with a big impact on the rest of your game.
The stats are painfully clear. When your speed goes down, your scores go up. Not fun.
These text messages we got last month from Terry (57 year old amateur) are great examples of the conversations we have with golfers every day about speed.
See if anything Terry had to say sounds familiar?
Below are the average male driver distances by handicap for the past 3 years. Distances are moving in the wrong direction across all skill levels. Evidence there's a big disconnect between what golfers think they need to do for more speed and what actually produces more speed.

Working out, stretching, and dieting can be great for you overall well being. And who doesn't like new equipment? But none of those are guarantees or even necessary for increasing your speed.
The worst part, if you don't do what is necessary, some of those could be slowing you down.

Here's a list of the most common “speed governors” we capture in swings every week. One is enough to slow you down, but if you're like most golfers, you have a few of these governors on your swing.
Even the best intentions can't make poor concepts and moves produce more speed.
Tap to toggle
This move destroys your width going into the top hindering your acceleration starting down.
This causes arm and club “run-off” at the top forcing you into a poor downswing sequence and pivot stall.
This creates poor spine and pelvis alignment, sliding, and robs you of a dynamic transition.
This late move to the back foot contributes to sliding and poor sequencing on the downswing.
Failing to use the ground to your advantage is missing out on the largest leverage you have to generate speed.
This soft left leg keeps you from posting to clear the left side to give you a flash of speed down by the ball.
This forces you to flip the hands adding loft to the face which slows down ball speed.
This anchors your right side to the ground killing your chances of rotating through impact.
This destroys your early acceleration needed to transfer ramp up club head speed late in the downswing.
Failing to square the face early coming down stalls your pivot and forces a late flip at the bottom.
It takes more than looking at videos of Tour players to truly understand what it takes to generate speed.
It takes access. Access to the fastest players in the world. Access to the expensive equipment needed to measure what they do with their body, club, and ground. And lastly, access to thousands of regular golfers, like you, for real-world validation.
We have that access. Now we're bringing it to you.
Thousands of golfers across the world, across all ages, fitness levels, and skill levels are enjoying big boosts in speed. They've unlocked the speed in their swings like you're about to do. Below are a few examples of real changes for big increases in speed.
To see both the before (red) and after (blue), just grab the slider handle on the images then drag left and right.
Shaun Webb and Mike Granato both grew up as multi-sport athletes. As they got deeper and deeper into golf, they both had much of that athleticism stripped away from their swings and replaced with positions.
They eventually got back to their athletic roots doing the same things you're about to do in the Speed System.
Two years after having six screws placed in his spine, Mike got his club head speed to 127 MPH. After a herniated disc from a car accident, Shaun got his speed to 125 MPH.
The guys know first hand what it's like to lose speed and swing slower than you should be. But most importantly, they also know what it's like to swing faster than you might think is possible.
More speed. More Yards. More birdies. More fun. Lower scores.

The AMG Speed System does one thing – increase your speed.
All of the training in the Speed System lives six modules. We call them buckets because they help you carry loads more speed to the course. The layout of these six “buckets of speed” is designed to walk you through each step towards your max speed.
You won't need to experiment. You won't need to guess. You'll know exactly what to do, why to do it, and how to do it.
(Hover over a bucket to see what's in it.)
Our Stand Alone model is very simple. You pay one time, and get lifetime access. No recurring fees or renewal fees. You even get free upgrades when we add new content to the training series.
