The Speed System Thank You - Athletic Motion Golf

How to access your videos.

Please read.

1. If you already are a member of AMG FREE, AMG Academy, AMG+, or have created a log for any other training course, you will use that login to access your Speed System. You will not receive a new login.

2. If you are new to AMG, welcome! You will see an email shortly with your login instructions.

3. Once logged in, you will find the Speed System by clicking on either of the Training menus circled in red below…

4. Once inside the Training menu, the Speed System will be the first training course you see. Click on it to get started!

5. Distance Rx can be found in Training > Distance Training.
